At 3,345 yards, par 36 the course is intimate yet challenging thanks to its compact greens and tight fairways. Constructed in 1961, The Old Nine is a golfers favourite and a must try.

The Gold Cup

The Sandy Lane Gold Cup is one of the most prestigious, and fun, events on the Caribbean horse racing calendar. This Thoroughbred horse race is run annually in late February/early March at the Garrison Savannah Racetrack in Bridgetown, Barbados. Horses from the UK and North America are featured in the race as well as top international jockeys. With a fantastic atmosphere and carnival parade the Gold Cup is an exhilarating day out that attracts visitors from around the world. VIP tickets are available for an excellent view of the day’s events with all-inclusive food and beverages.

The Sandy Lane Charitable Trust (SLCT) is a non-profit organisation that helps and supports underprivileged children in Barbados.
