Located on 1.5 acres of property and surrounded by well-manicured gardens, take in views of the ocean from a chair or sofa on the beautiful terrace. Go for a dip in the 50-foot, infinity-edge swimming pool that appears to drop off the terrace, the pool deck also boasts a comfy sun bed to lounge on. Meanwhile, the villa’s well-trained and friendly staff that includes a cook, housekeeper and butler, will ensure you and your guests won’t have to lift a finger.

The interior of this modern, air-conditioned home features neutral tones and marble floors throughout. The spacious great room boasts high ceilings, Roman-esque pillars and multiple seating areas with high-end furnishings. There’s also a pool table, white baby grand piano and a bar. A media room comes equipped with a 60-inch TV, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the island.

Bohemia’s five well-appointed bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The first bedroom is located on the lower level and includes a king size bed with the remaining bedrooms accessible by the grand staircase up to the second level of the home. All the suites include en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the two master, king-sized bedrooms also boast Jacuzzi tubs.

The villa is ideally located near a white sandy beach where you can sunbathe on lounge chairs and access the estate’s beach facilities. A five-minute drive brings you into the vibrant Holetown area where you can enjoy shopping and excellent dining.
